Welcome to Studio Ninette! The terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Studio Ninette, registered in Belgium. By using our Services, you agree to these T&Cs as well as our Policies (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy). Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. Age Requirement<\/h2>\n

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Minors may only use our Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Products & Orders<\/h2>\n

Product descriptions are accurate, but slight colour or appearance variations may occur. Any order constitutes a purchase offer, accepted when Studio Ninette confirms your order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. Prices & Taxes<\/h2>\n

Prices include Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are clearly indicated and remain the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or non-conforming.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4. Shipping & Delivery<\/h2>\n

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

5. Returns & Refunds<\/h2>\n

In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.<\/p>\n

Unless your product is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the reason for return.<\/p>\n

Non-returnable items: personalised or custom items, digital products, and items marked “Final Sale”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

6. Legal Warranties<\/h2>\n

All our products are subject to the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided under European and Belgian law. These warranties cannot be excluded or limited.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

All website content belongs to Studio Ninette or its licensors and is reserved for personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

To the extent permitted by law, Studio Ninette’s liability is limited and does not exclude consumer rights recognised under Belgian law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

10. Changes to These T&Cs<\/h2>\n

Studio Ninette reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Any significant change will be communicated in accordance with legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
