Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us at hello@studioninette.be within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please check your delivery information before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns
Unless your product is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility — regardless of the reason for return (withdrawal, exchange, change of mind, etc.).

At Studio Ninette, every piece is created with care and attention. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@studioninette.be within 7 days of delivery.
Please include: clear photos of the defect or damage · your order number · a brief description of the issue.
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund if the issue is confirmed. Any claim must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for defective, damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Studio Ninette if the claim is confirmed.
Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@studioninette.be with your order number.
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement based solely on a claim of non-delivery. We will open an investigation with the carrier. A solution will only be offered if the carrier officially confirms the loss of the parcel. Investigations may take up to 10 business days.
Studio Ninette cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control. If tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers
In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return conditions: contact us at hello@studioninette.be within 14 days of receipt · items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact · refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
We encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions. As our products are printed to order, returns have an environmental impact. Thank you for your understanding.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom items · items marked “Final Sale” at checkout · digital products or downloads · gift cards.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our confirmation, please first contact your bank, then write to us at hello@studioninette.be.
