Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Studio Ninette! The terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Studio Ninette, registered in Belgium. By using our Services, you agree to these T&Cs as well as our Policies (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy). Please read them carefully.

1. Age Requirement

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Minors may only use our Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Orders

Product descriptions are accurate, but slight colour or appearance variations may occur. Any order constitutes a purchase offer, accepted when Studio Ninette confirms your order.

3. Prices & Taxes

Prices include Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are clearly indicated and remain the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or non-conforming.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Unless your product is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the reason for return.

Non-returnable items: personalised or custom items, digital products, and items marked “Final Sale”.

6. Legal Warranties

All our products are subject to the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided under European and Belgian law. These warranties cannot be excluded or limited.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Studio Ninette or its licensors and is reserved for personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studio Ninette’s liability is limited and does not exclude consumer rights recognised under Belgian law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.

10. Changes to These T&Cs

Studio Ninette reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Any significant change will be communicated in accordance with legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
