Welcome to Studio Ninette! The terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Studio Ninette, registered in Belgium. By using our Services, you agree to these T&Cs as well as our Policies (Shipping and Delivery, Refund and Returns, Privacy Policy). Please read them carefully.

1. Age Requirement

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Minors may only use our Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Orders

Product descriptions are accurate, but slight colour or appearance variations may occur. Any order constitutes a purchase offer, accepted when Studio Ninette confirms your order.

3. Prices & Taxes

Prices include Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are clearly indicated before you complete your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Each order is made to order and shipped from France. Estimated delivery times are indicated on our Shipping and Delivery page. They are estimates and may vary depending on production, carrier and customs procedures. 5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order. Full details, including how to proceed, are available on our Refund and Returns page.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

6. Legal Warranties

All our products are subject to the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided under European and Belgian law. These warranties cannot be excluded or limited.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Studio Ninette or its licensors and is reserved for personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studio Ninette’s liability is limited and does not exclude consumer rights recognised under Belgian law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.

10. Changes to These T&Cs

Studio Ninette reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Any significant change will be communicated in accordance with legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
