Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 5 business days of purchase. Processing times may vary during busy periods or product launches.

Europe	€6.00	Orders over €45
Rest of the world	€9.00	Orders over €80

Estimated Delivery Times

France — 2 to 3 business days.

Europe — 5 to 10 business days.

Rest of the world — 10 to 20 business days.

Please note: delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees and import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us at hello@studioninette.be within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery information before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
